I was greeted as I walked in the door. Very open with sunlight. Everyone was nice and very helpful. Only downside my appointment was at 1 and I waited for about 40 minutes

It was a very informative appointment. Jennifer informed me of some settings on the hearing aid app that will be very useful. She also made some small adjustments to my hearing aids as well as cleaning them. A great visit.
